Senior Construction Estimator (Remote | Full Time)
We need a detail-oriented Senior Estimator for our firm who knows how to prepare accurate cost estimates and takeoffs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The candidate has to work closely with our drafting and engineering team and help clients bid confidently with their prepared cost estimates.
What We Are Looking For?
- 5+ years of experience in construction estimating
- Proficiency in estimating software, such as PlanSwift etc
- Construction Documents & Specifications
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Certified Professional Estimator preferred
CAD Drafter (Part Time | Remote)
We are looking for a passionate professional drafter to translate complex ideas into construction blueprints. The candidate will create precise structural and architectural drawings for a wide range of projects while collaborating with engineers and managers to ensure smooth progress from design to permitting.
Our Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in CAD/Revit drafting
- Structural & Architectural Drawing Expertise
- Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Autodesk Certified Professional credential preferred
MEP Coordinator ( Full Time)
Are you a passionate MEP Coordinator? Join our growing team. We are looking for a talented MEP Coordinator who ensures the successful installation of MEP systems in different construction projects. Good communication skills are a plus because collaboration with the permitting authorities is also their key responsibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in MEP coordination
- Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical schematics
- Experience coordinating with ACE professionals
- Efficient Project Timeline Management
- Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation tools
- Local & State Permitting Knowledge
- Experience with BIM coordination tools
- LEED AP or Certified Permit Technician preferred
- Strong communication skills
