I have worked in the construction industry for more than a decade. During my experience, I saw various firms lose ground not on the job site, but on the paperwork. Talented teams were turning down profitable bids because they lacked estimating power, drafting bandwidth, and construction expertise. That became my purpose. When I started Smart Constructs, I had a simple belief: contractors should not lose their margins due to inaccuracy and lack of technical support.
We founded this company to give contractors, architects, and project managers a partner who helps them achieve their goals. Over the years, we shaped everything according to this mission. At Smart Constructs, we don’t just deliver takeoffs and drawings, but we deliver certainty.
